Thanks For the Reply. If the issue is associated with the Win32k.sys file, it might be caused by a third-party remote control program. I think cant remember that that had malware in it and it had to be virus valt.... I used malwarebytes to fix it.Can i use the XP disc to retrieve a clean version of that file?

Hi mad056, Were you able to fix the blue screen issue by following the steps in the article? Based on my research winzal32.dll is not a Windows file and rather seems to be a Trojan/Virus. And that is the reason your anti-virus software has quarantined and deleted it.
